This program is currently on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions. At this time we are only accepting limited donations to ensure the safety of the families we serve:
- Grocery store gift cards (Walmart, Save Mart, etc.)
- Frozen meals (store bought only)
- Individually wrapped snacks (store bought only)
Cookie Crew Program:
Our House smells like home when individuals or small groups bake cookies, brownies and other treats in our kitchen. Goodies can always be baked at home and dropped off anytime between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. for our families to enjoy or you can come bake in our kitchen. To arrange a baking time, call 775.322.4663.
Cook a Meal For Families Staying at the House:
Your favorite recipes can help take away the question of where families will get their next meal and allows them to give all their energy and attention to their hospitalized child. Through our Chef Program, individuals, civic groups and organizations cook dinner for our guests. Chefs can even cook the meal in our kitchen to enhance our “home-away-from-home” atmosphere.
Please read the program guidelines before requesting a Chef Program date. Please fill out the form below or contact the House directly to sign up. You will receive confirmation of your scheduled date from our staff. If you do not receive confirmation within 3 business days of registering, please call to follow up. Once you are scheduled, call 775.322.4663 a few days before your scheduled dinner to confirm your menu and amount of guests.
